II. System Core Configuration and Technical Parameters
The system adopts an integrated architecture of “photovoltaic modules + energy storage battery pack + PCS energy storage converter + intelligent energy management system + distribution equipment.” All core components are selected from high-reliability, high-efficiency products that comply with China’s new energy equipment standards, adapt to diverse climate conditions, and meet grid connection requirements. Photovoltaic Modules (Core Power Supply Unit)
8065 sets of 620W high-efficiency monocrystalline silicon photovoltaic modules are used (total power approximately 5MW). The modules adopt advanced N-type TOPCon technology and anti-PID degradation technology, which can adapt to China’s diverse climate conditions—resistant to high temperature and humidity in the south, low temperature and snow pressure in the north, and strong ultraviolet radiation in the northwest. They have excellent weak-light performance to cope with cloudy and rainy days in the south and short daylight hours in winter in the north. The surface is covered with high-transmittance, impact-resistant tempered glass, and the frame is made of high-strength corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy, with good waterproof, dustproof, and wind-resistant performance. The service life is over 25 years, and the power attenuation rate is less than 10% in 25 years, ensuring long-term stable power supply.
Energy Storage Battery Pack (Energy Regulation Unit)
Equipped with a lithium iron phosphate (LFP) energy storage battery pack with a total capacity of 10MWh (matched with 5MW photovoltaic power to meet 2-hour energy storage regulation demand), which is the core of the system’s energy regulation. LFP batteries have the advantages of high safety (no thermal runaway risk), long cycle life (≥6000 cycles), wide operating temperature range (-20℃~60℃), and high charge-discharge efficiency (≥95%). They can store surplus solar power during the day and peak power generation periods, and release energy during evening peak load, night, or when photovoltaic power is insufficient, realizing peak shaving and valley filling for the power grid and ensuring continuous power supply. Combined with an intelligent battery management system (BMS) that meets China’s safety standards, it real-time monitors battery voltage, current, temperature, and state of charge (SOC), preventing overcharging, over-discharging, and overheating, extending battery life and ensuring safe operation.
PCS Energy Storage Converter (Energy Conversion Core)
Equipped with 10 sets of 500kW PCS energy storage converters that comply with China’s grid connection standards (GB/T 19964-2012). The converters have bidirectional energy conversion capabilities, which can convert the DC power generated by photovoltaic modules into AC power for load use or grid connection, and convert the AC power from the grid into DC power for battery charging. The conversion efficiency is up to 97.
